Aligned Family Contact Service is a Perth-based supervised contact service supporting children and families during complex and often challenging circumstances. Our work is guided by recognised best-practice standards and focuses on creating safe, structured environments where children can maintain meaningful relationships with non-residential family members.

Putting Children’s Safety First
Jane is the founder of Aligned Family Contact Service. With 25 years’ experience as a frontline child protection worker and experience working within the family court environment in Perth, Jane has a strong understanding of the complexity and sensitivity involved in supervised contact arrangements.
Aligned Family Contact Service is built on a clear principle — child safety comes first. Jane works alongside qualified supervisors with extensive backgrounds in Child Protection, Children’s Services, Domestic Violence field, Justice and Education. Their knowledge and experience ensuring a structured, respectful, and professional process for families and referrers.
Our primary purpose is to minimise a child’s exposure to conflict or unsafe situations while supporting positive and appropriate family connections. We recognise that family separation, court involvement, and safety concerns can be distressing for everyone involved, particularly children. Supervised contact visits allow children to spend time with non-residential parents and other significant family members in a way that prioritises their wellbeing. Our approach is child-focused, structured, and designed to reduce stress while maintaining safety at all times.

All services are delivered by qualified and experienced supervisors with relevant professional backgrounds and a strong understanding of child safety, family support, and supervised contact practice.
Fast turnaround
There is no waiting list for Intake meetings.
Once the Contact plan is developed, with both parties, visit can usually commence within 2 weeks.
Report are completed within 2 – 3 weeks of us receiving a request for a report
Child-focused approach
All supervised contact visits are planned around the child’s needs, wellbeing, and developmental stage.
Court-aware services
Supervised contact can support court-ordered arrangements, with factual reports provided upon request.
Flexible visit locations
Visits may take place in family homes, community spaces, or other agreed locations, depending on the needs of the child and family.
Accessible services
A Family Court order is not required to access our supervised contact services.
Service coverage
Supervised contact services are available across the metropolitan area, with travel options available by arrangement.
