Transparent fees to support families and professionals
Accessing supervised family contact services can feel overwhelming, particularly during periods of heightened stress or transition. We believe that clear, upfront information helps families, legal professionals, and referrers understand what to expect and plan with confidence.
Our fees reflect the structured, professional nature of our services and the care taken to ensure each child’s safety, wellbeing, and emotional security. All services are delivered by trained practitioners in line with best-practice standards, with a focus on reducing conflict and supporting positive, child-focused outcomes.
Fee Structure:
Intake Meeting:
Both parties have to complete an Intake Meeting, these are charged at $155.00 per person.
Supervised visits:
Minimum 2 hour visits
Monday to Friday before 4:30PM – $95.00 per hour
Monday to Friday after 4:30PM – $105.00 per hour
Saturday – $105.00 per hour
Sunday – $110.00 per hour
If there is a Family Violence Restraining Order in place or either party requests supervised handovers, to prevent any contact with the other party, this is charged at 15 minutes prior to and 15 minutes after the visit. Total cost being 30 minutes of the hour cost.
Supervised Handover only – without visit
Cost $125.00 per handover
Cost of a report
A one visit report costs $80.00
A typical request is for an 8-visit report and costs $500.00
