Services

Providing safe and structured supervised contact services where child wellbeing remains the priority.

Our supervised contact services are designed to support children and families in situations where safety, structure, and neutrality are required. Services are delivered by qualified professionals and guided by recognised best-practice standards. We work with private clients, legal representatives, and the Department of Communities – Child Protection and Family Support.

We understand that family separation, conflict, or court involvement can be challenging. Supervised contact provides a safe, child-focused environment that supports appropriate family connections while minimising exposure to conflict or unsafe situations.

Reports

Factual reports based on supervisor observations, prepared in line with professional standards to support court or referral requirements.

Handovers

Supervised handovers provide a safe and calm transfer of children between parents where direct contact is not appropriate.

Contact supervision

Professionally supervised contact visits that support safe, structured time between children and non-residential family members.
